- Install it. Open the disk image and drag VaniQ into your Applications folder, then launch it from there.
- Let the one-time setup finish. Stay online while the speech model downloads. Allow Accessibility so your shortcut works and text can be placed in other apps, then turn on the microphone from the welcome window.
- Say your first sentence. The welcome window gives you one to practise — it works straight away.
- Connect your account. One click. This browser is already signed in, so it hands straight back to VaniQ. Then open Notes, Mail or your AI chat, hold your key, and talk.
Everything you say is transcribed on your Mac, and VaniQ never presses Send or Return — reading it and sending it stay yours.
